W & S/S 2010

The Run of Show editorial in W magazine’s January issue uses some of the modeling industry's fresh up and coming faces to compile an over the top catalogue of some favorite looks from many of the most notable S/S 2010 ready to wear collections. It is a "veritable fashion lineup" of the season’s and industry's best. The editorial, by way of models, boasts names like Kate Kosushkina, Frid Gustavsson, Madisyn Ritland, Rose Cordero, Lyndsey Scott, and Sara Blomqvist, who dawn looks by Lanvin, Chanel, Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, Jean Paul Gaultier, Stella McCartney, Burberry, Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, Givenchy, Balmain, Alexander McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent, Rodarte, Valentino, and Prada (only to name a few).

Lara & Love

Supermodel Lara Stone will grace the third cover of LOVE magazine, as seen above.

VB at Barney’s

This weekend Victoria Beckham, one of my favorite style icons of today, was photographed shopping at Barney’s in Beverly Hills (baby blue Hermes Birkin in arm) wearing a lovely black blazer, her signature dark glasses, and some wonderful black platforms.

Carine & Lara

Among the images released today from the new issue of Vogue Paris are images of another AMAZING editorial, La TENTATION du DIAMANT, by the magazine's inspirational Editor-in-Chief Carine Roitfeld, staring model Lara Stone. In this editorial Stone is dressed in a white nun's habit, is giving some serious brow action, and showing off some exquisite jewels.

It is just more proof that Carine and Lara can do no wrong.

Rose As Grace

Today Images from the new issue of Vogue Paris hit the net. For this months instalment of the magazine's monthly EN VOGUE spread, model Rose Cordero emulates STYLE ICON Grace Jones.

This spread is AMAZING, but then again I LOVE anything Grace Jones.

Kelis Is Back!

Today the EVER FABULOUS Kelis released a new song, entitled Acapella, and some AMAZING new promotional pictures via her website (letting everyone know via Twitter). The song has a house electro vibe with that unique Kelis twist to it and the pictures are GLAMED OUT, filthy opulence all the way, with Kelis rocking a platinum blond and brown mullet, intense lashes, and some serous accessories.

I just LOVE her, her constantly evolving rebellious style, her wonderful music, EVERYTHING!

Rihanna & Marchesa

Last night Rihanna showed up the the American Music Awards in a black and white geometric cut out (almost paper like) Marchesa gown from the S/S 2010 collection. I remember seeing the gown during fashion week and wondering who would have the guts to attempt pulling it off. Well now we know.

All I have to say is Rihanna's stylist has been putting in WORK for a while now and I appreciate it! See Rihanna working the gown on the AMA red carpet above and a fashion week photo of it below.

LV Cruise Catalogue

This week the images form Louis Vuitton's 2010 cruise catalogue were released. The pictures were shot on location in Saint-Tropez and are the perfect personification of pure luxury and casual elegance.

This past weekend Victoria Beckham was photographed arriving at Heathrow airport wearing an AMAZING Louis Vuitton messenger bag with fox tail charm accent from the S/S 2010 collection. See Victoria rocking the hell out of the bag above and the bag on the Paris runway below.
